Allure

Inspired by Indian Sculpture of 12th century the Celestial dancer "Apsara" which I was fortunate to see at Metropolitan Museum of Art NYC.
This life-size sandstone sculpture is an extraordinary rending of a heavenly celebrant performing in honor of the god. I was captivated by its beauty.
I portrayed her in my own style using spray paints, markers, acrylic and oil paint.
